319 should be a wb I currently don't see anything sitting in Port Huron. One lined through the tunnel and onto m1. I do see lights on m1 belsay to west flint but can't see the train

Yea sorry WB. Unless an odd rerouted train, all CN odd numbered trains are WB. Evens are EB.

X319 is windmill blades. They are handed off to BNSF and then taken to a G&W outfit that yards and unloads them. These trains originate in Montreal.
