ROBERT TRAINS says I forgot to note that L&I 3001 was the trailing unit on D705 today when it went by Howell. This was intentional as there had already been way to much discussion on this one unit in the last 24 hours as is, including many by himself.

I had to make a correction to my earlier post, it was D705-20 reported by the DD at mp CH126.3 at 07:15. It doesn't appear D706 has started his day yet in Grand Rapids, not hearing him putting a train together inside Grand Rapids. So, Vinnie may have been hearing D705.

D705-20 went by Howell at 04:10 this morning. 500+5263 on the head end with an even 100 cars. Keep in mind, if D706 does not operate today, like it doesn't on some Sunday's, there will be no D705 on Monday to save some from asking tomorrow where 705 might be.

Thanks for catching that, I edited it. I thought it was D706 originally & had corrected the train I.D. but forgot to edit the direction
