Z627-02 os GH Southbound MMRR 2170 leading 22:30

LSRC Z127 just went through Grand Blanc southbound a few minutes ago. Short train of autoracks.

Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 6:32pm. Wamx 4002, 4009, gatx 3834, wamx 4225 and wamx 4209 with about 55 cars. This is Z.

Per my wifey at 7:57pm, grand elk southbound through Byron Center as I was at Meijer: 4002 4009 and the red one and a fourth all came back. Couldn't remmwber the numbers. No cars.

Z627-03 os GH Southbound 23:36

Grand elk north through Byron Center at 6:27pm. Hlcx 3834 and two wamx black locos with 15 cars. Believe they were all covered hoppers for Moline.

I can hear GDLK south now somewhere near 44th. 9:34pm

Why did they go power light last night? Did they have a unit train to pull?

From what I’ve seen of the posts from Z sometimes they come back light power. There may just not be any cars to take back.

Grand elk north through Byron Center at 7:33 with hlcx 3834 , 2 other locos and about 35 cars.
I think they by with no cars just due to cars not being ready, or crew low on time, not sure.

Back south at 9:25pm with WAMX 4017, two other locos, and about 28 cars.

Z627-06(07) os GH Southbound MMRR 2170 leading 00:12

LSRC Y101 just came off the old main at Belsay on the CN. They should be heading west to interchange shortly.

13:25 MQT about to head north at Sunnyside GR, 3406 leading 3389 and 3408, good size train

JAIL came north today with 5 cars, 4 for CSX and 1 for CN, and returned light power.

No work northbound at Comstock Park, Sparta or Grant. Quick stop for a crew change at Sparta, and off they went, not messing around. 54 cars, mostly tanks and covered hoppers with a few boxcars thrown in for fun. End of train was clear of Grant at 15:30.

Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 6:45pm. WAMX 4125, WAMX 4124, and 39 cars. Mostly all tank cars and covered hoppers, couple boxcars thrown in.
They didn't run Thursday.

Back south at 9:18pm with 3 locos and 28 cars.

Grand Elk just left Elkhart with about 40 cars.
