Unexpected find near Saginaw today

I was coming home from up north today, and heard a train horn as I was approaching the Kochville Rd. crossing near Zilwaukee, and I couldn't believe what I saw! Great Lakes Central 393 pulling a string of covered hoppers and tank cars! On Huron & Eastern/Central Michigan trackage!!! I saw Carl working as conductor, couldn't make out who was the engineer. I'll have to talk to Carl to find out why the GLC was on HESR roads; he gave me a thumbs up when I gestured to him about the strange sighting! Sorry for the crappy pictures, only had my cell phone with me.
