If those tanks are the same ones as a few years ago they were used by a company that makes aircraft de-icer fluids. Cold weather be coming. I forget where they went or who the company was.

These were brand new, built in 2019 IIRC

GRE just left Ada for Lowell with 5 hoppers. Came out of AMWAY empty, did not see him go in.
