He had instructed their cab driver to meet them at the east end of Wells siding mp CG41.3 where C800-23 had tied down today.

Sounds like he may hold the Main Track at Wells Siding mp CG43.3 since the "E crew" is called for 16:00 R597 crew might be taking C800-23 out of Wells & deliver it to the West Olive, Mi power plant.

L303-23 @ 15:00 released his EC1 for Ensel / Lake Odessa & ready to depart eastward from Lansing & headed to Detroit with CSX engines #3446 + #7228 leading.
