He’ll take Grand Jct siding mp CG54 & tie down.

L303-18 had to wait at Lake Odessa for someone to clear up their track authority before he could proceed eastward. He had copied his EC1 for Lake Odessa to Ensel at 13:56

Amtrak P370-18 @ 21:47 is stopped at mp CG89.5 & reported someone was walking their dog & the dog was on the track. Person dove for their dog to get him clear of the track & Amtrak may have struck the dog & maybe the person, too. Engineer reported he had heard a "thud".

Amtrak P370-18 @ 22:06 reported the dog owner is ok but the dog cannot be found. Police have released Amtrak & he's waiting for his Conductor to board the train & depart.
