Flew over Amerhart in Williamsburg on a Sun Country flight from TC today, and there are 4 loaded center beams in their siding. Those were delivered overnight Friday night/Saturday morning. The captain wouldn't fly over Beacon....

Started this past spring. 5 airlines in TC, and building a 2nd concourse in 2024/25.

Thank you for the detailed information. There are a few of us who appreciate it.

The orange NS railroad tie gondolas have been showing up for the last month or so. AANR videos show them in the consists.

My guess on the concrete ties would be the power plant in McBain. I know they sort out ties and sell good one's back out by rail&truck, perhaps there doing that with these also? Or just grinding them up for other use? The owners of the power plant are a salvage operation also I believe.

Maintenance replaced the E-Bell at the Garfield Road crossing in Traverse City sometime recently, there is now a new WCH bell there. They left the dead mechanical bell up for some reason.

06:03 - NB GLC OSTN with 382/382 thru Durand

05:00 - 385/391/396 at Perrinton on the GLC Middleton Branch. They were working overnight on spotting about 20 inbounds and pulling a unit grain train from MAC plus a few extra outbound empties. 3 trips to get the job done due to limitations on how many loads they can pull at once.
