Indeed it was. Was north through Byron Center at 2:42pm. WAMX 4225, 4206, and 15 cars. It might have switched at Bay Valley in Wayland, but same car count as earlier.

Nothing official but most likely Brown City/Marlette. I edited my quantities after counting again.

When I went by at 6:45 a.m., gdlk4125 and a friend were sitting just south of the m89 Crossing in plainwell. The lights were dimmed, but they were obviously ready to rocket northward when the time came. I couldn't see the consist, but there was at least one box car behind the friend.

DCON NB underneath I-94 with six scrap loads on the head end.

At 11:25, they proceed NB and head to CN.

7 scrap loads
9 tank cars (various sizes)

Marquette Rail horns heard in Grand Rapids at 8:40am, sounds like a southbound heading into Wyoming Yard

Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 10:43am. WAMX 4225, 4206, and 27 cars. Almost all boxcars with a few open gons and 1 tank car on the rear.

GDLK was back south about 2pm.

INER arriving in Coldwater. Not sure on car count since I was too far away. I counted 9, mostly tanks with a couple CH's. There were more cars I couldn't get a reasonable count of.

4:10pm, drove south and passed Hughart Yard and saw WAMX #4225 LHF connected with a single line of cars with the engine idling closest to Burton St overpass. Likely moving shortly

13:00 - HESR 702 job inbound to Durand - HESR 3484/HESR 3390/HESR 2144/HESR 2145
14:07 - HESR 2144 departs Durand Yard and heads SB across the CN diamond to spin their unit
14:20 - HESR 2144 is on the Port Huron Wye heading back into the yard, now facing

16:07 - HESR 701 taking head room on the PH Wye before departing Durand - HESR 2144/HESR 3509

19:30 - HESR extra job 771 in Durand is shoving a unit potash train onto the PH Wye for head room

19:40 - HESR 771 and 83 loaded potash hoppers departing Durand. HESR 3390/HESR 3484

HESR 2145 was left in Durand for the yard power.
