JQ and C&OGP7, thanks for the heads up about tomorrow's D717. They wyed the power as I could see today with the 6449 leading eastbound from Plymouth. Saw them arrive around 11:30ish at Rougemere. Then saw them again around 6:10PM coming south down the Conrail toward Delray. I hope they wye the power again tonight - I want the slug leading into the morning light tomorrow!

CSX 432 and 8124 sat for most of the day at Rougemere Tunnel Tower with an empty coke express train waiting to go to Zug Island. Around 2pm, they took off east for Delray Tower and the Boat Yard line for interchange with the DCRR for loading. Around 4:45PM, I saw them coming back into Rougemere from Delray with a loaded coke train, with nice looking Scheme 7 SD40-2 8124 now leading. Anyhow, this will become a K357 for later tonight or tomorrow... so keep a lookout!

Thanks Zack for posting my little updates, maybe they were helpful to someone! That northbound train with my question mark ethanol cars was Q322 I bet. Hard to see a whole lot when you're screaming by at 75mph on I-275

Z627 ran tonight. Quite early, too. They were headed south near West Olive at midnight. I thought it was going to be a coal train as Z627 is usually still switching Bay at that time. Looked to be about 20-25 cars, behind both 38's. Sand and tanks from Webb. Didn't see if there was anything from Bay. Being that early, they may not have had any work there...but with them not running every night, seems like when they do run, they would need a switch there.
