M327-06 @ 09:33 westward reported by the Defect Detector mp CG91.9 St Joseph, Mi with 420 axles. CSX engine #3329 + mid dpu CSX engine #3308 & 102 cars (36 loads + 66 empties) @ 6,384 tons & 6,680 feet long. These engines are from Saturday’s M326-03.

L303-06 @ 11:35 Grand Rapids, Mi mp job briefing with the RN Dispatcher: CSX engines #3005 + #3445 & 48 cars (18 loads + 30 empties) @ 3,260 tons & 2,852 feet long. He’s ready to depart & has No work for Lansing.

Note: so far, no job briefing has been heard for L301-06.

Y121-06 eastbound on the M&J lead Zeeland Michigan @ 12:29

CSX engine #6508 + 3 cars.

Note: Y121-06 eastbound will be setting off 2 center beam flat cars and picking up 1 from Zeeland lumber. Y121-06 will then most likely proceed to Hudsonville Michigan to run around its train and then return to Zeeland to pick up 1 covered hopper from Van Den Bosch feeds in Zeeland Michigan.

Y121-06 picked up the 1 covered hopper from Van Den Bosch feeds and set it off on the M&J lead for pick up on its return trip through Zeeland Michigan.

They had one car for Standale Lumber in Grandville.

The foreman must’ve been the guy in the orange vest that got to ride in the cab of the engine while the other two rode on the cars.

Just out of curiosity I looked at the crew for the day... only person who should've been in orange was the TT. The rest of that crew has decades of experience combined. Not sure why the mentor would wear orange either, he's got more time than I do. Also - 4 people on that locomotive would suck, its not that big.

**EDIT** I wasn’t reading closely, the Y121 foreman would indeed be in orange. He’s fairly new.

I guess I read too fast and thought the original comment was for the 106 crew. Lol
