Hey Max, That is ABS territory. All that green means is that the next two blocks to the east are clear. Something might have been nearby to the west if is an approach lit signal (I'm not sure if that one is). Maybe (probably) you knew all that already.

30 minutes late post, I heard a CSX horn in Grand Rapids around 10am and I would assume that’s Y106 heading east with CSX #6544 and CSX #6524 with some cars to work at Elmdale, Alto Gas and Advanced Packaging at Fox.

This was C801-09 that had tied down in Wells mp CG41.5 just after midnight today. In about ½ mile he’ll diverge onto the west end of the Wye & onto the Fremont sub-division.
