There is a bizarre story about how one man assaulted another at https://www.fox2detroit.com/news/police ... ain-attack. "Police in Oregon said a gruesome attack on a train left a man with his ear and part of his face chewed off."

Yes I agree. I've witnessed some very interesting behavior in Portland, OR myself.
