The head of the Iowa Nat’l Guard and the Iowa chapter of the AFL-CIO are rather unhappy, as they should be. The state law seems pretty clear.
As for UnclePisspot’s “excuses”….I don’t know what their operating plan looks like, but on my end of the world we know roughly what trains are running when and we would definitely know more if the industry got rid of this asinine obsession with UPT and focused on on-time performance.
