Please post a 1957 railroad and highway of Pennsylvania. Check to see there was two railroads that cross PA Highway 896. I saw a railroad crossing on that highway while we on our way to Morgantown, PA for the night back on June 8, 1957. Thank you.

Below is a link to a Lancaster County map from 1962. There may be a double crossing in Lancaster north of where PA 896 ends at US 30.

Oops! I forgot to mention Chester County in PA. not Lancaster County. There was a crossbuck sign that was tilted on the old PA Railroad lines and about me further west on PA 896 toward PA 10 highways; Please post a1957 railroad and highway map of Chester County, PA. Thank you.

The topo maps covering Chester County in that time frame show only the Pennsylvania RR crossing route 896 at Elk View.
