Lease craze again?

Spotted early this morning on the Deshler Ohio camera were 4 Citirail GEVOS heading west on CSX Q369. I heard they were bound for Canadian National in Chicago IL as CN began to lease again. This happening again? As traffic continues to build from a broken economy from 2020 are railroads slowly starting to lease because they can't keep up with traffic flow again?
