Underexposed Question and one made it

First underexposed. I thought it was to bright.

Second Underexposed. This one looked good to me. Are the looking for more light(brighter)?

The first one just needs brightened up a bit, then add some saturation. The quality of the second one seems to be a lot lower than the first. Did you edit an edit as opposed to going back to the original?

The second one needs a lot more contrast. They both have a lot of JPEG compression, too.
