CSX I165/I166 question

When CSX I166/I165 runs (I don’t know the CP ID), does it run with CP crews the entire way (obviously with a crew change or two) since it originates on the CP, runs on the CSX then back to CP? Or is it a CSX crew?

CSX crews from Chicago east to wherever it gets back to CP (Buffalo?).

CP 132 is I166 and 133 is I165
