Since I made one of the posts I wondered that myself.

The GDLK Otsego cars were still sitting in Plainwell this morning.

Looks like the Elk never came back south. There is quite a cut of boxcars from Otsego waiting in Plainwell. I was counting through the trees so I might be off a bit, but I thought I counted eleven on the Otsego line. Eleven is about double the usual number.

I've been hearing the GDLK EOT since before 7:00AM. Maybe they tied down in PLainwell for the night.

GDLK in Plainwell at 7:15 picking up the Otsego cars. 4124 and 4125. There are a bunch of covered Hoppers I can see 8 and I can't see any further than that because of the trees. Don't write off the MQT. They have decent size trains. There are a bunch of places you can get shots, and its a lot closer than Saugatuck. Back south at 3:10pm, WAMX 4209 with 2 cars.

In Plainwell at 6:15 picking up 5ish boxcars from Otsego.

GDLK with same power as ~Z reported has been tied down in Plainwell since last night. Otsego boxcars still on the Otsego line waiting to be picked up.

Privately owned from Carson City to at least Pingree St. in Gratiot County. I read somewhere that the owner and friends run speeders on this line. Not sure if that's accurate.

They already got a large Crissy grant last year to rebuild going east. What would the purpose of rebuilding this line to Paw Paw be?
