Looks like the NS Chicago line would be good anywhere from Toledo east and the ex B&O would be good pretty much anywhere in Ohio.

If you haven't been to East Lansing recently, MDOT has been busy starting the project to reconfigure the northbound exit ramp to Trowbridge Road.
