When you get a switch list with target tracks THATS where you put the cars. When they were outta whack I would look up the individual cars by looking deeper in the computer. I wish I had done due diligence. I actually did buy a house next to railroad tracks and was TOLD the railroad only owns 15 feet into my property. I purchased the property and wanted to build a pole barn, so I hired a surveyor. Turns out the INE owns 50 feet into my property, making my property small...

The flat is gone and if you look on the other side of the street, you notice the concrete barriers sitting there? One has been moved and is now on the tracks, next to the derail, blocking anything from going across the road to get to the building. Also, its a MOW shanty.
