Good point, I would guess they could use Kilgore if needed.

Correct, the only place they can turn power is on the wye in Elkhart yard or the wye in Grand Rapids.

You will not see L301 at New Buffalo, as they only go as far as Sawyer.

L303 met Y106 at Fox at 12:20. 303 was in the siding and 106 went down the main to work Cascade Engineering.
