What I noticed as they ground up the pavement, was an old Rail Line under the street. Does anyone know what section of track would have gone the same...

Well, it is fine and Dandy to fence the RR off from the rest of the World. Seems strange to me that a 16 yr old kid out at 1:30am on the RR tracks. As Dr Phil would say...."What were you thinking?". There has to be responsibility on the part of the Teen as well as his Parents. You can't fence the RR...

GTW - Saginaw

Does anyone have a photo(s) of the GTW Roundhouse, freight depot, and passenger depot in Saginaw, that they could post. My Father worked there when I was young and would love to have a picture of the three buildings. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It looked like to me, that the train was NORTH bound heading for Grayling. Of course, I could be wrong. The Engine was on the north end of about 20 cars.

LSRC - Standish

Seen north bound LSRC #974 in Standish today at around 11:45am. She sat DEAD, just south of Elm St. On my return trip through Standish at 7:30pm, she was gone.

I am doing some research on the Thumb Area RR's. I am looking for a Pere Marquette (C/O) Timetable for the Port Huron Subdivision (Saginaw to Port Huron) circa 1900-1920. Would anyone happen to have a copy that they could Email me...???
