Does Amtrak run a bus service from Flint to Saginaw to connect to the Blue Water? I don't see a need for Amtrak to run to Saginaw, as the population in Saginaw isn't going the correct direction to require the service.

my guess is it will be open by tomorrow morning.
they will literally bulldoze the cars off the track and deal with them later.
if there was hazmat then more care and time would be needed.
from what i've read no hazmat cars were dumped.
