A NS locomotive went to Cecil yesterday and pulled some cars back to Woodburn. There are some cars that are still setting west of Cecil. I assume they are derailed.

There is a string of cars west of Cecil. I think they might be derailed.

Number 7 is setting near Road 115 tonight. They are working to re-rail a car east of the crossing.

The bridge that burned was west of Cecil. It has been rebuilt. The tracks are open between Cecil and Defiance. They have cars stored between the CSX dimond and Krouse road. A couple of weeks ago I was driving through there on my way home from work. I looked to the west to see if they had shoved any ...
