JAIL Z646-03 had 9 empty coils for CSX. They derailed around 9:40 after crossing over CN. The second to last car was over the diamond and they just got it cleared around 13:10.

It was only 80 cars. they had 391 on it when they pulled it but took it off in Owosso.
