Bikey complete. The usual route. 1 phase. Strong wind from the west. I decided to push a little harder today was hoping for 18.0 mph; which I achieved despite the headwind and without phasing out the two miles of gravel or warm up miles. It was chilly too so I started hard and kept the pace..
