I’d imagine you have a wired circuit at your home, right David? If so, 86 is kinda slow in today’s market. Of course best to test with a wired PC direct to your modem when possible, not on wifi.

what kind of speedtest.net results do you get while on the WISP at home? My parents are still using AT&T VDSL, somehow getting 28mb down and 6mb up. Gets pretty laggy doing any netflix or video calls at parts of the day, as I noticed speedtests dropped to around 8MB at times.

Starting to seelots of starlink antennas in the backyards around my area. I will eventually switch to it as well I assume. My current WISP knows he will lose to starlink. He cannot compete with their coverage, speed, or latency.
