had a pretty bad headache lasting most of today. we were out of ibuprofen, got some around dinner, took a 2 hour nap. woke at 9pm, and got on the bike for an hour. was good to get a decent workout in.

Most of my splits were around 16 mph when on the pavement. I was happy with that.

Tracker didn’t pause properly at the gas station while I was getting water bottles refilled and eating ice cream. Also 2 miles on gravel and about 2 miles of boon docking on the cinder portion of the trail on the old NYC between Nashville and Vermontville.
