The Brasilia I used to fly would really make your feet dance on the rudder pedals every time you adjusted the power even a little.

Would probably have marginally more torque trying to turn the plane left, but not as much as a turbo prop.

Would be very similar to a recipricating powerplant turning a propellor.

It’s probably safer to ride your bike on the runway than it is a highway not that I would recommend either.

Jets really aren’t that manueverable. The whole 120’ wingspan and gas turbine engines response time thing.
