got 44 miles in, feeling it and a half today. 90% gravel roads, lots of washboarded areas, zero clouds, tony robbins tired. probably just over 3 hours of moving time.

Peaked at 24.12 mph, avg mph was 15.3 .

Got a 12 mile bikey in before work. 2 phases. Needed to take it mostly easy. I did do 1 hi intensity interval. But held it to 1 on purpose.
