The 2x4x8 that cost $7.50. The 4x8x5/16 plywood at $50. More than my shoulder was going ouch at the time.

My neighbor has been remodeling his bathroom for over a year. Most of that time is waiting for materials to come in. The ceramic tile took nearly 6-months alone.

Pretty sure this is the only railroad related forum where toilet seats are being discussed :P On the home front, it’s 1 of 3. Well actually 1 of 2 and will be for some time. Good news is the shower bath is demoed. Bad news is my shoulder succumbed to the effort. Remodel on hold for the foreseeable future.

and yes, 4 toilets. It’s more maintenance, sure, but is rather nice that when there are the normal 4 people in the house, i always have a toilet to use.
@ ~Z~ « Sun 11:32:09 pm »
oh, it wasn’t a waste of time at all. lions are entertaining whether they win or lose. Today they had their first offensive play while currently in the lead this season :)

didnt know the kids bathroom one had a broken bolt. son said he’s been holding the lid up while peeing so it doesn’t fall mid-stream. he neglected to tell me that

Then I would guess you could say they were commuters. Which I think is what RDD was really asking.
@ Jetlink « Sat 12:03:38 am »
Also not sure if anyone really knows for sure if those folks are commuters to chicago or not. Unless it was verified that it was the same folks following the same pattern daily.

I was just reading the forums. Got a little chuckle at Tom educating RDD on the Pere Marquette. As if he didn't know.

A prime example of why it’s a bad thing Facebook and YouTube and the like rely solely on algorithms to make these decisions

I rarely read the comments on YouTube videos. easier to not read the commentary than places like vaguebook.

Good lord, This is why I gave up youtube, I cannot believe all the hate that’s going around in the comments sections, it actually makes me want to cry a bit because I got mocked on Facebook with one of my own videos, this one kid named Jay is causing so many problems, we did nothing to him and he’s just spreading hate, I’m lowkey really worried about the direction this hobby is going
