Need to charge my headlamp. Forgot it was flashing a red low battery led at me last night. I only switched it on when I saw cars around.

I’ll be going out to ride again this evening but haven’t considered a route or a goal yet.

1 phase. Beautiful night for a ride last night. Calm winds and warm temps. No too humid. Sadly no moonlight.
@ Jetlink « Sat 7:13:36 pm »
Bikey complete. Finished at about 11:20 pm last night. Just wanted to go out and cruise. Goal was a 16.0 mph ride and burn about 900 Calories. Wanted to have a nice cruise without crushing it but still have enough effort to get the heart rate up from resting.

From Richmond to Washington I pulled for a young lady who was doing her first century ride. It was into the wind but managed to keep my crusing spped in the 16-17.5 mph range most of the way.

For the second week I lost my 16mphavg on the .65 mile segment from the MOT to my house. It requires climbing two short but steep grades into the wind. I ended up at 15.9 for 41 miles.

Live from Richmond. No trains. 21 miles down and 20 to go. Not racing today. It didn’t end well for me last week.

Yup. Yukon still going strong. Not bad for a 2000 model year. Gave us a little scare but just a bad fuel pump that was replaced under warranty.
