And no ~Z~, when I had SARS I didn’t go see a doctor. I home-remedied myself.

I’m going to work something out with my son. He knows how to take good pictures and post them.

That was as rough of a 30 days as I’ve ever been through in my life
@ AARR « Thu 9:37:11 am »
But compared to the SARS or whatever I had several years ago this was a piece of cake. That SARS kicked my butt like never before.

I just conducted myself like it was Covid. So no testing.

Now time to build up my conditioning back to superhuman levels again LOL
@ AARR « Thu 8:53:22 am »
No fever...in fact my temperature dropped about .5 degrees for the duration
@ AARR « Thu 8:52:02 am »
Also cut about 500-800 calories out of my diet
@ AARR « Thu 8:51:10 am »
And cut the intensity of my workouts by half and limited the duration to 60-75 minutes of moderate exercise
@ AARR « Thu 8:50:14 am »
Needed about an extra hour of sleep every day
@ AARR « Thu 8:49:47 am »
Lasted exactly 2-weeks
@ AARR « Thu 8:49:32 am »
It seems my cold/Omnicron or whatever is finally over.

Much easier IMHO to cut the crossing and just slightly overlap the next joint. Now we have segments outside of our crossings that have a year or two of salt wear on them

I could sell my 2018 at a price near or above what I paid for it. Only problem is I probably couldn’t get the new truck I want anytime soon.
