Came across a teenager who flipped over his handlebars when his chain came off and got jammed. He didn’t have a helmet. When I asked him about it he said he was only riding 6 miles and did not think he would need it. Hope he learned his lesson.

Biked around 35 miles mostly on the MOT. Made one trip uphill into the wind to Stony Creek Park (about 3/4 of a mile) then enjoyed the trip downhill with the wind :)
