I rode a 16 mile roundtrip from my house to Byron Center via Kent Trails a couple of months ago. That’s about it for the year.

Checking my annual YTD stats. 2,476 miles ridden this year.

i rode too much, that’s for sure. goal is zero miles tomorrow. Planning about 20 miles total wednesday, kiddo wants to ride to try riding to school so i’ll ride out there and back with him. next time he can hopefully just ride with a friend

I rode a whopping 15 miles today. Childs play compared to Z

so did end up riding 75 miles yesterday, 42 more today. hoping my right thigh feels better tomorrow, that cramp did seem to mess things up

haven’t heard them roll by, perhaps it’ll be a tuesday southbound run in the morning sun.

No train in L’Anse today. Didn’t expect one, it’ll be here late tonight or tomorrow morning.

back home. Slept in little 30-60 min naps most of the night. Going back to bed soon. Right thigh hurting a good amount. Why do I do this? I dunno some days.. sweaty and sticky in a sleeping bag just isn't comfortable. Brought a washcloth, but maybe wet wipes might be better next time. Long rides then shower and sleep at home is definitely preferred.

hola, thx tom. Hadn't had a cramp in probably a year or two, but if I recall, last time was after biking too. At Mooville in Vriesland.. too bad they are closed.

MRS Jet gets night time leg cramps really bad like that sometimes. I know it can be downright painful and miserable.
