Facing south down Kentucky Ave in East MonroeThey are still saying this section of southbound NS track is going to be removed from E. Noble to the city limit. I asked a Monroe police officer about it and he said it's been in the talks for 20 years. Supposedly the funding is there now to get it done. We'll see.bondo27Jul 23, 2007
