Great photo documenting the depot in its original context before the upcoming move. Does that "switchstand" at the diamond actually have a gate or banner on it?

Back about 2000, took a pic of this crossing, it was the woe-be-gone spot on the planet. All weeds. Yes, There was a "gate". If I run across the pic again I'll post it.
