CSX GP40-2 #6116

Former Chessie GP40-2 #6116 has a clear indication on the main at AnnPere Junction, near Howell, MI. This is the power for local job D708. They have parked their 22 car train on the main track behind the camera and will take this opportunity to run-around their consist in Howell siding. From the west end, they will switch out and complete their GLC interchange, on the transfer track at right. May 13, 2011.

Didn't know EAS Ann Pere had the small hoods instead of the big ones the PM used

The absolutes in all 4 directions are small target masts at Annpere. So are the ones on the running track on the C&O at Wayne, MI too.
