The Georgia Woodlands Railroad operates 17.3 miles of track between Washington, Georgia, and Barnett, Georgia. It was acquired by OmniTRAX in 1992.

The railroad interchanges with CSX Transportation at Barnett. An interchange run to CSX is typically made once a week, often on Mondays.
