Overview
- The train is based in Ludington, Michigan
- It is the main road freight between Ludington and Baldwin, handling all overhead traffic
- Switches all customers between Ludington and Baldwin
Schedule
Call time 2000 ET. Based in Ludington, it heads east with all outbound traffic. It pauses in Walhalla to grab the Manistee Outbounds. Then it heads to Baldwin to meet up with the Turn Job. Afterwards, it heads back west, dropping cars for Manistee at Walhalla before finally returning to Ludington. In the process, they switch all customers as needed.
Frequency: Daily except Saturday, 2000 ET Call
Power
Generally, the train uses the same power as the Ludington Yard job. However, power may be rotated out at Walhalla or Baldwin as needed. Typically, the train is powered by one or two of the railroad's GP units, based on one GP38-2s and as needed, the GP10.
