Login issues.

Sometimes but not all the time I have issues and problems with logging in even though I enter in all the information correctly. Occasionally the site will log me out as well. When it will not let me log in I get two different messages which are shown in the screenshots below. When I do have problems logging in it takes me three or four times before it'll finally lets me on.
