Is this on a Conrail Branch off CSX's Detroit Line? I don't know it's official name but it looks like the company that receives box car and steel coil cars.

Now Comau Dearborn on Wyoming Road.
Back in 1975, Conrail called it the Oakman Spur.

Thanks DaveO. Does it still get rail service? Normally there are coil steel and box cars all over the place. It looks pretty barren in this picture.

Yes, Comau-Dearborn on west side of Wyoming Avenue, south of W. Warren Ave., looking north in Dearborn, Wayne County. It's at the north end of the Oakman Spur off the connection with the CSX Detroit Line.

It's listed as being Comau Pico. They do industrial automation. Not likely to get rail service for their needs.

I haven't done any mobile railfanning since last fall. The last time I was out I hit Bambi downriver :(

Well, back in the day ( YES, I can say that :-) ) This was part of a service that Conrail offered called SteelNET. A steel shipping and warehousing service. And later Dearborn steel. Use to love catching that job and taking a break to watching whatever movie was playing on the screen that you could see from the track & listening on a portable am radio.

Where be it? It's not in Michigan, but Indiana, so I left the road name on there.

Not Shipshawanna, but it is in the northern 1/3 of Indiana. Maybe that'll reduce it to 100/3 to 200/3 (33 to 66) of the railroad streets to check. School to the right, and left side of Railroad St is where the ROW once was.
