Not necessarily related to GLC train locations, but my family just bought a plat of land south of Manton along some GLC trackage. Hopefully I'll be able to provide updates on trains headed through there and get some pics/video. The first thing i'm going to be doing is setting up a trail cam facing the tracks to see how often it comes through when we're not out there.
Consistently confused

Maybe 2-3 trains per week? One to Traverse City/Kalkaska and one to Elmira/Petoskey? Looking forward to your updates.

OSTN switching Osmer at 20:30. Should be headed north shortly, if they aren't already.

When would you anticipate them to come back to Cadillac going northbound from Clare?

After 1530. Past couple of days they've gotten back around 1630. Pure guesswork on my part. If you are close to downtown, you will be able to hear them sound the crossing at Whaley/Paluster Sts. It will take them a few minutes to reach downtown from there.

From atcs it looks like glc sb through durand. If they haven't already gotten them there's a sizable pickup in Howell 1645

GLC OSTN south at Durand 1330. 392 leading. Looks like traffic for both AnnPere and Osmer.
