E800-19 is currently going through St. Joseph. Sounds like BNSF 5838 leading.

D801-22/Q326-22 reported by the DD mp CG19.1 with 568 axles & 8,088 feet long. CSX engines #5299 + #3248 + #6914 & 135 cars & CSX pusher engines #428 + #3094(?). For some reason, they had to run their entire train at walking speed & are just now @ 8:47pm reporting from Grandville mp CG6. There were no defects detected by the DD & I wasn't really following the scanner too closely for him.

Was out walking the dog and heard that horn and wondered what it was. Also heard a horn about 30-40 minutes earlier toward downtown GR. Guessing it may have been the local running north to do some switching.

The reason the train was walking is because the signals are out at MP 6. Not exactly sure of the reason but I observed a DTE energy crew roaming around there.

Hi dave, I just now went thru the radio archieves and D801 (Q326) had gotten permission thru work limits from a foreman mp CG17 to mp CG16 & was told to go over the
64th Ave crossing at walking speed. No idea what was going on there.

Robert Borg reported on Facebook that a semi hauling tractors bottomed out on the crossing at 64 AVE between Zeeland and Hudsenville. I went out that way and saw Q327 in Zeeland. The truck was gone. The crossing was flashing before the train was present. They probably had stop and flag the crossing. The truck took out a power pole as well.

A truck got stuck on the crossing earlier and may have done some damage to the power supply there.

I hear a train near mile 10 in Jenison. It might be D801 returning west after running all the way to Wyoming on Q326.

D700-22 has finished their work at Hartford and is ready to head west to Kirk to run around their train and head back east to Hollland. Sounds like they'll meet D801 at Wells.

D702 had about 30 cars. There were high top open gondolas from Hartford.
