Yes, they do. RCPE 3481. RCPE 2086 was also still on CF&E property as of 3/21.

Knowing how dead in tow locomotives move, it’s probably not there yet. But yes, it is waybilled for the TP&W.

Updated to reflect HESR 3485 leaving the HESR. Anyone know where its going?
