Glad to help, the afternoon trains went a little farther. They crossed Rabourn, but didn't seem to get to the next mile.MiRailProductions wrote:This will be useful for my chase tomorrow. Thank you!Dan Cluley wrote:The 12:30 trip stopped just short of Rabourn road and is headed back south at 13:00.
If you want to hear the engine working, park at Rabourn and walk south a little farther on the trail that runs along the tracks. They are coming up out of a dip there.

That's a good spot to catch them. Had I known you were there, I would have stopped and introduced myself.Dan Cluley wrote:I saw your truck down there, I was over by the old freight house.

This is one of my favorite spots even though its roughly a twenty foot open spot between the trees. And conveniently located on the mail route.AARR wrote:I really like this view AANRAANscaleRunner wrote:Leaving Cadillac for Clare at 1030. Looks like they ran to Petoskey yesterday.

Admin: this may be better located in the May GLC updates.HESR3868 wrote:With welded rail being put in between Rosebush and Clare, there is a curfew out between Mt. HESR3868: I have two questions for which you may or may not know the answer. Is the rail new or relay? Who is the contractor? Thank you.

I've already moved the post over and attempted to edit this one, but the signal hasn't been good lately to fix. I haven't seen the rail up close, so I'm unsure on that. GLC's MOW is putting it in, with the state helping fund itStandard Railfan wrote:Admin: this may be better located in the May GLC updates.HESR3868 wrote:With welded rail being put in between Rosebush and Clare, there is a curfew out between Mt.
