There were 3 DJJX cars that cycled to Beacon from the mill but they have gone on to other destinations.

Nugent Sand in Norton Shores has been done for almost two years now. The spur has been severed at Lincoln Street and is completely removed within the Nugent Property. Last I checked they were using the runaround by Lincoln for storage. All sand that is currently being shipped is coming from their facility at Berry Jct.

Thank goodness i was over there in 2010 and took pictures of the track structure to Norton Shores when it was still used.

Nugent trucks sand to Grand Rapids to load on the GDLk just like Sargent does from Ludington.

JAIL has been working on the west side of Lansing since about 1:00 am. Not sure what exactly, but from the horns I'd guess they were switching the hollows yard by the CN interchange.
At 03:30 they were sitting at the north end of Saginaw yard.

Mason to Jackson is definitely the usual overnight run for them.

After some switching at the north end of Saginaw yard they finally headed out about 4:30.
The EOT was still visible north of Willow st 20 min later, so I assume they had work at Padnos.

Heard them headed south through Lansing around 5:30 or 6:00.

MQT had a northbound train tied down on the north side of Grant on Saturday evening at 10pm. This train was crewed on Sunday evening as a northbound turn to Baldwin, returning southbound around 12:30am on Monday morning. This train tied down on the south side of Grant, behind the Rail America GP40-2, a yellow GP38-2. and MQT 3407 in orange. It looks like they may have stashed the northbound mixed freight cars on the old Saginaw mainline east of the Astor Rd. crossing.

Shut down in Baldwin for the weekend was MQT GP38-2 #2041 in resplendent G&W colors, on the east leg of the wye near the depot.
