» Sat Feb 17, 2018 8:24 pm I didn't get any numbers, even if I had a pen I couldn't write that many numbers that fast. I believe they were all zebras if I remember correctly.
OK, it looks like night's eastbound train at MP 205 had five trailing "ZEBRA COWLS!!!!" Where does this train "Terminate?" Train Symbol? Did anyone else catch this train? It must have gone through Durand! Are these units likely to go down the Mt. Clemens Sub. today (2-18)? I really want to catch some more "COWLS" while still possible!!!! We need "Updates" where these nice units went!!!!
UPDATE:These "Cowl" units were "DIT" SD50/60F units going to Canada!!!!
M396 with CN 5785, CN 2282, CN 5503, CN 5506, CN 5509, CN 5502, CN 5556
Strongest rumor has them headed to K&K Recycling in Pickering, ON (east of Toronto)

Man that's not good!!!! OK, the "Cowl" are all SD60Fs and not any SD50F locos! I wish CN would "Reactivate" since they are "Power Short!!!!"

I saw northbound train 384 yesterday, 2-20, around 8:20 p.m. through Fraser!!!! Now, the second unit looked like a "GEVO" and was painted all"Blue!!!!!" The number of this loco was 3035! I have never seen one like this!!!!!!!! Is CN "Leasing" it? Also, does anyone have a "Full List" Of locomotives CN is currently "Leasing?"
I would like a "Full List" with "Lessors," Numbers/Paint Schemes!!!!!!!!I did not count the cars of this train─but I think a CN C40-8 led with CN SD75I trailing!!!!

CSX 7345 is the trailing power behind CN 5618 on Train 451 today, which is passing MP 22.5 on the Holly at 1:04 pm. Lot of foreign, leased and hours power on the Holly this year.
GP9r 4619 is still the power on local Train 950 out of Pontiac.

A sleeper means that the AEI scanner caught a car in their train, but their "wheel" does not have that car identified. This can sometimes be a major problem if the "sleeper" is a dangerous car because the crew needs paperwork on that car.
We had a meet at speed between returning local train 950 NB and a Train 116 SB locomotive to locomotive at MP 22.5 at 1:25 pm today. Train 116 sure has an odd schedule lately.
Train 451 NB past MP 22.5 on the Holly with an 8900 leading an 8800 followed by two GE's at 3:30 pm.
What looked like a short Train 950 with just a couple box cars and gondolas went SB past MP 22.5 at 10:15 am. Odd thing was that it had two road units in front of GP38-2 6223 as power. Maybe a Train 119 coming out of Moterm later this morning with the road power?
