18 to 6 is a strong majority. I think out loathful 6 probably just need to suck it up.

You interpolated your statistics wrong 13-6 would be the vote differential. A meh vote would be considered the same as abstaining from either Aye or Nay....

One could even go so far as to say that if you need AYE votes to change it, really your break down i s 13-11 because the abstaining votes wouldn't necessarily be in your favor. So congratulations MR Trump you don't necessarily have the electoral mandate you think ;)
